As a meeting atendee how can I use an ip camera to attend the meeting?

Hello All, I do not have a usb or built in webcam, but I've come to find out that I can use my android phone as an ip camera, is there any way for me to stream this camera feed in to an ohyay meeting?

I'm already able to stream video from the android to vlc on a linux computer, but I'm hitting a roadblock on the next part - i.e. how do I pipe the video to ohyay? Or how to get ohyay to recognize the rtsp/rtmp/http stream as webcam input?
