Voice reviews: are they useful? Do people trust them compared to text reviews?

I’ve listened to a couple of those too, mostly when I was checking out different bellingham businesses before choosing where to eat. Honestly, the voice ones gave me a better sense of the person’s mood — you can tell when someone is genuinely excited versus just leaving a generic rating. That said, I still scroll through text first because it’s faster when I just want quick details like opening hours or food type. I think having both options side by side is a good balance.
