Dealing with constant calls from Professional Adjustment Corp

I don’t even know where to start. Professional Adjustment Corp has been calling me almost every day for the past few weeks, sometimes more than once in a single day. I’ve tried telling them to stop, blocking numbers, and even ignoring the calls, but nothing seems to work. It’s stressful and honestly feels like harassment at this point.
