Godrej Parkshire located right off NH 648. They’re building five towers that are 28 floor tall on a 13.5-acre lot. Right now, you can get 2 or 3 BHKs at prelaunch prices from ₹1.17 crore to ₹1.94 crore. They won't officially launch until Dec.25, 2025, and it looks like 1130 homes will be ready by the end of 2029.
