I’m exploring Sobha Hoskote, a newly launched residential township by Sobha Limited in East Bangalore, and wanted to get community feedback from anyone familiar with the project or the area.

From what I’ve seen, the project offers a mix of modern homes, open spaces, and premium specifications. The Sobha Hoskote Location seems promising with growing connectivity to Whitefield, KR Puram, ITPL, and Budigere Cross. The upcoming infrastructure development is also making Hoskote a fast-growing investment corridor.

The Sobha Hoskote Master Plan includes residential towers, landscaped zones, pedestrian pathways, and community-friendly amenities. Floor plans appear efficient, focusing on space utilization, natural ventilation, and good lighting. Amenities like green areas, sports facilities, and indoor recreation spaces also look well-planned.
