Are there private transfers in Thailand?

Hello everyone, I wanted to know if there are any of you here who have ever been to Thailand, specifically Chiang Mai. I just flew here last night and have just had time to rest from the flight and am ready to explore the city. Please advise on any transfers that can be called to get around certain city attractions and landmarks.
