The Sends per Reach measurement on Instagram: Has the Like button been made useless officially?

My recent Reels are getting a lot of likes and no reach, whereas a post with poor likes and 50 exchanged DMs are exploding. Meta has apparently moved officially to Sends as the top ranking signal to 2026. Assuming that someone in the community techzeel has been handling brand accounts, have you switched your CTAs to instead of Double tap if you agree, to Share this with a friend?
