Obstacle course vs. bounce house: Which rents more?

I'm looking to expand my inventory and can afford one larger unit. I'm torn between buying a massive inflatable obstacle course or sticking with a few more traditional bounce houses. The obstacle course seems more exciting and could attract older kids and corporate team-building events, but it's a bigger investment. For those of you who own both, which one do you find rents out more frequently and has a better return on investment?
