Password

By default, anyone can access your workspace if: (1) they are logged into ohyay and (2) they have a link to your workspace.

*Useful when:** Guests are coming in with different email addresses (which makes SSO restriction difficult).

Can I password protect my workspace?

1. Open your Workspace Settings and go to the Security category in the Advanced Properties panel.
2. Click on All Users next to Authorization to pull up a dropdown menu.

3. Select Password.”

How do I set the password for my workspace?

1. Click on the icon next to Password., found under the Security category.

2. Enter the password for your event.
3. Click Save.

Keep In Mind

After you click Save, anyone (without admin access) who enters the space will have to use the password. You may have to remind people of the password before your event starts.

Can I change the password for my workspace?

Yes! To change the password, click on the icon next to Password again and type in a new password.
